How to change the owner of salesforce record using salesforce1 mobile app?

How to access the salesforce1 app in your browser?

•     From Setup, click Mobile Administration | Salesforce1 | Settings.
•     Select Enable the Salesforce1 browser app to allow all users in your organization to access the app.  Deselect this option to turn off access to the app.
•     Click Save.

in your browser, after logged in your salesforce org then:

replace from
https://eu1.salesforce.com/home/home.jsp
to
https://eu1.salesforce.com/one/one.app

like:
Your Salesforce instance and then add the following values in your browser:
one/one.app
