How to implement my web app (https) to Salesforce1 App Mobile

Its possible using the below approach:
1) Create a new visualforce page with Available for Salesforce mobile apps checked (TRUE).
2) Add the Https (web app) link in your visualforce page through IFRAME,
3) add the created page under the Setup -> Administration -> Mobile Administration -> Mobile Navigation.
