What is a feature of the improved Setup user interface?

Personal Settings are available through a link on a user’s Home tab.
The Setup link appears as an option within the Force.com app menu.
Administrators can enable or disable the new Setup user interface at any time.
The Setup menu items are organized into goal-based categories.
