Early Life
Dinesh was born in a small village in Buxar, Bihar, India. Due to his fathers army background he got the opportunity to live and study in multiple cities across India and completed his Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Army Institute of Technology, Pune, India.
Salesforce Journey
Dinesh was working as a Amdocs Clarify CRM Lead when he got an opportunity to get trained and work in Salesforce in 2011 during his tenure at Patni Computers (now part of Capgemini). During his career he has worked on multiple Salesforce products including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, B2B Commerce, Vlocity, Salesforce CPQ & Mulesoft. Earlier this year he conducted 7 week Salesforce Admin Certification online training which was participated by more than 75 trailblazers from more than 12 countries. As part of the Salesforce Credentialing team he has worked on development of Trailhead Superbadges and Salesforce Certifications.
What’s Next?
Dinesh plans to continue sharing his knowledge via his blog: dineshyadav.com. He also plans to conduct Salesforce training specially targeted at people planning to start their Salesforce journey. He also plans to speak at Salesforce community events. Dinesh is a travelling and photography enthusiast and hopes to travel to at least as many countries as the of certifications he holds.
